Eligibility for GST Registration

  1. Businesses with annual turnover exceeding ₹40 lakhs (₹20 lakhs for special category states like North Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand).
  2. Inter-state supply of goods or services.
  3. E-commerce operators.
  4. Casual taxable persons and non-resident taxable persons

      Ensure you have all the required documents ready:
    1. PAN Card of your business or entity.
    2. Aadhaar Card of the proprietor or authorized signatory
    3. Proof of Business Address: Electricity bill, rent/lease agreement, or property tax receipt.
    4. Bank Account Proof: Scanned copy of a canceled cheque or bank statement.
    5. Business Registration Proof: For example, Partnership Deed or Certificate of Incorporation.
    6. Photographs: Passport-sized of the proprietor or authorized signatory.
